Consumer Electronic Infos

I need to scan medium format negatives and old 35mm home video. Any consumer product that can do this?

I have wedding pictures in medium format negatives and spools of 35 millimeter film from the 1960s that I want to migrate into electronic format. I am not spending 1000s on a company doing it if I can purchase a unit that will do this for me. Anyone know if there are devices that will scan in these negatives and films?
