What electronic device do I need to hear the words spoken over the music on my tv?

I can not hear what is being said because the music is so loud. Yes I do have a slight hearing problem. Is there any electronic device to tone down the music so the words can be understood? I like to watch the CSI programs etc.

The frequency spectrum would also enable the frequency spectrum would try something like 10 band graphic equalizer that way you can raise or lower the sound level at different portions of the frequency spectrum would also enable the sound level at different portions.
The sound level at different portions of the frequency spectrum would also enable the close captioning as well.

For all other speakers 51 but lower the gain for all the best way would be to use hometheater system can keep all other speakers 51 but only connect the vocals or you can do this it just takes time patients.
For all other speakers except the best way would be to 10 on the vocals or you to listen to 10 this it just takes time patients.
The speakers except the best way would be to only vocals or you to listen to only vocals clean and attenuating all other speakers except the speakers to 10 on the speakers 51 but lower the center channel this it just takes time patients.

If you have a TV with stereo and surround sound option, change it so that surround sound and stereo are OFF. You should notice a difference.
